Return/Exchange Policy

GOOD HAND – RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Please note that no returns, exchanges and refunds are applicable on the sale products.
  • A Return and exchange request has to be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • In both returns and exchanges, a flat fee of Rs 100 shall be applicable
  • In case of Exchange orders, if an item of a higher value has been selected compared to the one that is being exchanged then we shall ask you to pay the difference. In case the value of the item being selected is lower, then we shall credit the difference.
  • If the product delivered has some default or is damaged, the customer shall share photos of the product via Email or WhatsApp to be eligible for Return/Exchange. Once the product has been picked up and has reached our store, we shall take 1-3 business days for a quality check from our end and confirm the status of the order. “Damage” does not include any issue with the product pertaining to the style/design of the product purchased.
  • For all exchange orders, first the quality check of the product being exchanged shall be completed. After that, we shall schedule the pickup of the order within 1-3 business days post a confirmation from our end for the return.
  • We usually receive an order within 6-7 business days. Once received, post our return confirmation we shall either issue a store credit or dispatch the exchanged product once all conditions for exchange are met.
  • Each item is eligible for a return/exchange only once.
  • In case of damaged merchandise, kindly share images and details through the provided link within the stipulated time frame. We shall reach out to you further for replacement, store credit or full refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. No return fee shall be charged for damaged products.
  • No exchanges or refunds will be made against garments which have been altered by the customer.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCESS

  • Return or Exchange request can be placed from the Return & Exchange
  • State the return reason and select the item to be returned along with images in case of any defect/damages.
  • A return pickup shall be initiated within India at an extra cost of Rs. 100.
  • Kindly ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging, isn’t used or damaged and must include its original tags.
