5. PAYMENT POLICY

Payment is a crucial aspect of your online shopping experience on Goodhand.in. All payments are

securely processed through approved payment methods.We accept various prepaid payment options, including major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and Net Banking.

For purchases made on Goodhand.in, payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR). Upon successful

receipt of payment for a prepaid transaction, you will receive a confirmation notification via email or

SMS at the provided email address or mobile number.

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS:

- EMI Payments

charges or fees imposed by the bank for EMI services will be borne solely by the customer.

- Payment Issues and Resolutions

Payments can sometimes fail or remain in the pending stage. Some of the reasons could be:

1. Incorrect debit or credit card details are entered.

2. Card may be blocked, or card details are no longer valid or need to be updated.

3. The page is accidentally closed or refreshed, or backspace is pressed while the transaction is being

processed by Your bank.

4. The connection between GOODHAND and Your bank or issuer failed due to some technical reasons

and the transaction could not be completed.

5. Card or bank or issuer is not recognised by GOODHAND.

6. Incorrect login or password details are entered.

7. Payment amount exceeds the limit mutually agreed to between You and Your bank or issuer.

If you face any of the above payment issues, try placing the order again in a short while or contact Your

bank or issuer for technical assistance. GOODHAND is not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused to

You when making payment or for any wrongful debits to Your cards or net banking accounts

5. Issuing Bank Terms and Conditions

Users understand and acknowledge that all payments made by the Users using valid credit card/ Debit

card/ Cash Card/ and other payment instruments or mechanism including net banking facility will be

processed using a payment gateway or appropriate payment system infrastructure and the same is

governed by a separate set of terms and conditions agreed between the User and the respective Issuing

Bank and payment instrument issuing company.6. Permanent Account Number (PAN) Requirement

For purchases equal to or exceeding INR 2,00,000 (INR two lakhs), you must upload a copy of your PAN

card within the prescribed timeframe. Failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation of your order.

Ensure that your name matches the details on your Goodhand account and PAN card.

The PAN card submission requirement is a one-time activity and does not need to be repeated.

7. Delivery Policy

Shipping Address Verification

Before proceeding with your purchase payment, your shipping address and pin code will be verified

against Goodhand's partner logistics service provider database. If your order cannot be serviced by our

logistics providers or the area is not covered, we will request an alternate shipping address from you.

While you can make purchases on the website from anywhere globally, payments and shipping addresses

must be within India.

When you provide an alternative delivery address, you are responsible for accepting and collecting the

package from this alternative location. Confirmation of successful delivery to the alternative address by

the logistics service provider will be considered as acceptance of delivery by you. Goodhand will not be

liable once delivery is confirmed at the alternative address.

Delivery by GOODHAND

The products you order on our website will be delivered to you by logistics service providers

appointed by GOODHAND. Once an order is placed, rescheduling deliveries is not possible.

GOODHAND's logistics partners will attempt delivery up to three times. If you are unreachable

or unavailable, or if you fail to accept delivery after three attempts, GOODHAND reserves the

right to cancel the order at its discretion. You will be notified of any cancellation via email or

SMS using the contact details you provided. The cancelled order will be returned to the seller,

and you agree not to hold GOODHAND liable for such cancellations.

If you wish to reorder a product that was not delivered, please place a new order following the

terms provided on the product order page. Acceptance of your new order depends on product

availability.

GOODHAND will not be liable for non-delivery or serviceability disputes in areas not covered

by our logistics partners.

Ownership and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon delivery at the shipping address you

specify. Multiple Product Orders

When you order multiple products in one transaction on GOODHAND, we will make every effort

to ship all products together. If you purchase multiple products in a single transaction, they will

be sent to a single shipping address provided by you. If you need products shipped to different

addresses, please place separate orders for each shipping address.

Refusal of Delivery

Prior to accepting delivery of any product, please inspect the packaging to ensure it is not

damaged or tampered with. If you find that the package is damaged or tampered with, we kindly

request you to refuse acceptance of the delivery and promptly notify GOODHAND within 5 days

of the delivery date.

Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time for each product is 5 DAYS. Upon placing your order, you will

receive an email or SMS at the email address or mobile number provided to GOODHAND

containing a summary of the order and the estimated delivery time to your location.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Deliveries to certain

locations may take longer due to accessibility and serviceability issues for our logistics partners.

Delayed Delivery

Delivery delays may occur due to various reasons, including:

1. Inclement weather conditions.

2. Transportation delays.

3. Natural disasters.

4. Political disruptions.

5. Challenges faced by our logistics service providers.

6. Instances where a product is lost in transit.

7. Regional or national holidays recognized as non-delivery days.

8. Other unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of GOODHAND or our logistics partners.

If the estimated delivery date has passed and you have not received your order, please contact us

immediately. We will take steps to track your package and may proactively reach out to you via

email or SMS. Please ensure you regularly check your email and SMS for updates.

GOODHAND will not compensate for any mental distress, inconvenience, or losses caused by

delivery delays for any reason. You will be notified via email or SMS at the contact details

provided to GOODHAND if any product in your order is unavailable, delayed, or lost in transit."

8. Return and Exchange PolicyAll returns and exchanges of items will be processed in accordance with the specified Return and

Exchange Policy.

- Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products

or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our

Return Policy.

- We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region,

or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the

quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing

are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to

discontinue any product at any time.

9. CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation by GoodHand:

GoodHand retains the discretion to cancel an order under various circumstances, which may include (but

are not limited to):

- Non-compliance with any of the Terms of Service.

- Unavailability of the product with us.

- Technical errors or issues.

- Suspected malpractice in placing the order.

- Use of an invalid address in the order details.

- Bulk ordering for commercial resale.

- Placement of multiple orders for the same product at a single address.

- Failure to receive the order after three delivery attempts.

- Rejection of EMI offers by the bank.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel

quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed

by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing

and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to

notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order

was made. In such instances, you will receive a notification via email or SMS at the contact details

provided to GoodHand.

Cancellation by YouYou have the right to cancel an order for any reason, provided the product has not yet been dispatched for

delivery. No cancellations are allowed after this stage.

To cancel an order (including part of an order for multiple products), you can contact our Customer Care

Team by phone or email, or utilize the 'my orders' section within your account on the website. Please

specify the reason for cancellation. GoodHand will process cancellation requests in accordance with our

prevailing policy.

Upon successful cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS at the designated contact

details.

GoodHand reserves the right to accept or decline requests for order cancellations at its discretion. You

agree not to hold GoodHand responsible for any refusal to cancel orders.

Refunds for accepted cancellations will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.

10. REFUND POLICY

Refunds

- Refunds are available for cancellations or returns of products, subject to eligibility criteria

outlined in our Return Policy, and must be initiated in accordance with our Return or Cancellation

Policy.

- In the case of cancellations, a refund for the entire order amount, including Processing Fee, will

be issued.

- For orders returned after delivery to the customer, we are unable to refund the Processing Fee,

which includes Platform Fees, Shipping Fees, and Packaging Fees.

- Once an order is shipped, in the event of returns before accepting delivery or undelivered orders,

a refund will be processed for the product amount only, excluding the Processing Fee.

- Processing fees will be non-refundable for accounts that violate our fair usage policy, regardless

of the order value.

- Please note, refunds are initiated by GoodHand upon successful return pick-up and successful

quality check. Therefore, the refund initiation time may vary depending on the courier partner's

delivery time to GoodHand.

- If any refund is received by you pending quality checks, you must hold such amounts in trust on

behalf of GoodHand until conclusion of such quality checks, unless claimed by GoodHand before

that time. Any wrongly paid or refunded amounts must be transferred back to GoodHand within 3

days of your receipt.

Time Period for Refunds

After GoodHand initiates the refund in accordance with the Returns Policy, the refund amount is expected

to reflect in your account within the following timeframes:

- Electronic Store Credit

- Online Refund: 7 to 10 working days post refund initiation, depending on your bank system.Interest charged by the bank providing the EMI Scheme until the request for return or cancellation is

raised will not be refunded.

GoodHand is not responsible for any errors or delays in refunds caused by banks or third-party service

providers.

Mode of Refund

The mode of refund cannot be changed once initiated, as the refund amount is transferred to your source

account. Refunds are processed back to the original source of payment.

You will receive a refund initiation confirmation by email or SMS at the contact details provided to

GoodHand.

11. PRICING AND PAYMENT

The website displays availability and pricing information of products on their respective product pages.

All prices include Value Added Tax and Central Sales Tax unless specified otherwise. Prices shown in

your shopping cart always reflect the most recent price displayed on the product page. Placing a product

in your shopping cart or wish list does not guarantee the price shown at that time. Prices may fluctuate

between the time of adding a product to your cart or wish list and the time of purchase.

Products labeled as 'Out of Stock' cannot be purchased.

The price of products offered by website is either equal to or less than the Maximum Retail Price

("MRP") indicated for those products, as specified on the product or its packaging in compliance with

applicable laws.

Price Changes

GOODHAND retains the right to modify the prices of its products at its discretion, as deemed necessary.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITYThe buyer acknowledges that product images provided on GOODHAND are indicative and may

differ from the actual product.

The buyer agrees and understands that they cannot seek any compensation from GOODHAND

beyond a refund for the amount paid for the purchase under any circumstances, including but not

limited to:

(i) Discrepancies between the final product received and the buyer's expectations regarding

quality, quantity, or specifications.

(ii) Incidental, indirect, or consequential damages incurred by the buyer due to the purchased

product.

(iii) Missed opportunities by the buyer to avail offers or discounts on the website for any

reason.

(iv) Delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances involving GOODHAND or its

designated logistics service providers.

(v) Deactivation or expiration of a valid voucher, coupon, or promo code issued by

GOODHAND.

(vi) Issues faced by the buyer with personnel of the logistics service provider.

In no event shall GoodHand, including its affiliates, associates, and their respective owners,

directors, officers, agents, shareholders, and partners, be liable for any loss or damage

whatsoever, including without limitation direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, and consequential

damages, lost profits, or damages resulting from the use or inability to use the website, whether

based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory or action.

Without prejudice, it is agreed by you that GoodHand, including its affiliates, associates, and their

respective owners, directors, officers, agents, shareholders, and partners, shall not be

cumulatively liable for any damages or claims exceeding INR 1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand)

subject to applicable law, in respect of all matters. You acknowledge that this limitation of

liability represents a reasonable assessment of risk and liabilities.

14. Communications

To access and utilize the services provided by the website, including placing orders to purchase products,

you must provide a valid email address and phone number. By registering your email address and phone

number with the website, you consent to receive communications from the website via email, phone calls,

or SMS notifications regarding order status, shipment, delivery, payments, offers, or other relevant

for any loss or damage attributable to a Force Majeure Event. A "Force Majeure Event" refers to any

event beyond GOODHAND’s reasonable control, including but not limited to fire, flood, explosion, acts

of God, civil commotion, strikes, lockouts, or industrial action of any kind, riots, insurrection, terrorist

attacks, war, acts of government, power failure, sabotage, computer hacking, unauthorized access to

computer data and storage devices, system failure, virus attacks, bugs, computer crashes, breach of

security, or encryption breaches.

18. Disputes

In the event of any dispute arising between GoodHand and a buyer regarding a product purchased, the

parties agree to first attempt resolution through mutual communication by raising the query with

GoodHand's customer care. If the dispute remains unresolved through this initial step, the parties further

agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration conducted exclusively in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

It is agreed that under no circumstances shall GoodHand be liable to pay any amount exceeding the price

of the product in question, irrespective of the nature or extent of the dispute. This provision is intended to

govern and limit the scope of potential liabilities arising from disputes related to purchases made on

GoodHand.

19. Covenants

By accessing or using the website, you agree to abide by these Terms and applicable laws. You shall not

use the website in any manner that adversely affects the interests or goodwill of GoodHand, its affiliates,

termination, the user's information and other details shall be blacklisted by the website and shall be taken
